(i) The reasonable preference of the child, if the court considers the child to be of sufficient age to express preference.
- In April of 2010, Judge Adams interviewed our son as to his wishes. Our son said that he wanted to go to school in Canton but still wanted to see his mother. Through the false PPO and wrangling by defense council, Wayne Kristall, our son was again enrolled in Detroit Public Schools.
So, the court asked, listened and then in the end, ignored the reasonable preference of my son.
